​At Gemstone Ridge, we’re passionate about raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized ASDR-registered Miniature Australian Shepherds (Mini Aussies). As a small, family-run breeder in North Idaho, we focus on quality over quantity—producing just 2–4 thoughtfully planned litters each year.

Our dogs are part of our family, raised on seven scenic acres where they hike mountain trails, swim in nearby lakes, and cuddle at our feet. Every dog in our program is genetically tested to help ensure the long-term health and well-being of your future companion.

Our Mini Aussie puppies are born and raised in our home, surrounded by love, handling, and early socialization. All puppies go home with:

• Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming

• Docked tails and dewclaws removed

• A detailed puppy contract including a genetic health guarantee

Puppies are sold as pets/companions with limited ASDR registration and a spay/neuter agreement. Full breeding rights may be offered at our discretion to approved homes. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time to ensure our puppies are placed in the best possible environments.
